Errata
The Rave Diet & Lifestyle
Stir Fry - Vegetables (p.
154) the instructions list tofu, but it is not part of the ingredients
list. It should not be part of the recipe, although it can be.
Banana Cake (p. 169), should read 1/2 cup maple syrup (or to taste).
In
Pudding-brown rice, chocolate & vanilla (pages 175 & 176) - we refer to water in the
ingredients and (non-dairy) milk in the directions. It should be water
instead of non-dairy milk. This will be corrected in the next edition.
For those of you looking for no-oil salad dressings at the retail level,
it is difficult. Here are some

Notes
Healing Cancer From Inside
Out
Anthony Sattilaro is cited as
an example of someone who healed terminal prostate cancer by following
the macrobiotic diet. He was completely cancer-free for ten years. In the film, we did not have
time to explain the entire story. He later stopped practicing
macrobiotics and introduced chicken and fish back into his diet. As a
result, his prostate cancer returned and he eventually died of it.
Satillaro himself blamed the change in diet for his cancer's return, but
continued to eat an animal-based diet until his death.
Healing Cancer is also
available through a distributor with whom we have an agreement. The
content of the film is exactly the same, but they have put another cover
on it (and added some advertising material to the DVD).
DVD Quality
The DVDs we produce are high
quality. They can, however, appear to be low-quality visually, depending
on the television monitor or projection system used. In other words, the
quality can and will vary, depending on the system the DVD is played on.
Healing Cancer was recently shown on a hospital high-definition TV and
the quality was as good as a Hollywood movie. Both Eating and Healing
Cancer were formatted for standard definition monitors. If shown on
non-standard monitors, the different aspect ratio will introduce
distortion.
