Ordering on this website is
secure. We use Authorize.net to process transactions. Your credit card
information is encrypted and is secured with the highest level of SSL
Certificate encryption. It is also insured for up to $10,000. For more

also continuously monitored by
Trustwave to validate compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data
Security Standard (PCI DSS). If you
are looking for the security icon (lock symbol) on your browser, it will appear
after you click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button.
Online Ordering Instructions
1) Locate the product you wish to order and click on the button "Add to Cart".
2) You will be taken to the shopping cart.
a) If you wish to add another item to the cart, click on "Continue Shopping" and you will be taken back to the Product page, which lists all products.
3) When you are finished shopping, click on the Checkout button at the bottom of the shopping cart.
4) Enter your customer information, then click the Checkout button again. NOTE: your customer information must match what is on your credit card.
5) IMPORTANT: If your address has an apartment or suite number, please include that in the address. We have had many packages returned by the post office because this information was missing.
6) Enter your preferred shipping method and credit card information, then click the Checkout button and you're finished.
7) You will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you do not, check your spam folder. If it is not there, contact us.
If you have any problems ordering online, please contact us. We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
When you enter your customer information, it must be the exact name and address
of your credit card. You can enter a different shipping address, if the order
will be shipped to a different location.
Most transaction failures are the result of simple typos (e.g., entering credit
card numbers incorrectly). Please make sure you have entered the information
accurately or try using another credit card.
When checking out, there will be a 'Remember Me'
checkbox. If checked, this will
simply write a cookie onto your computer with your name and address information.
This makes it a lot easier should you order again as you won't have to re-enter your
name and address information. No credit card information is stored in your

Shipping Costs and Delivery Time
All orders are shipped via US Postal Service from Kansas.
When you put a product into the Shopping Cart, you will see a Shipping Estimate.
(Enter your zip code (or select a country), then click on Update Totals and a
shipping estimate will appear.) Note that the shipping estimate for US delivery
is via Media Mail. You can select Priority or Express when you check out. The
international shipping estimate is via First Class mail, but you may change that
If you need a product fast, select Priority or Express mail when checking out.
Media Mail is a bargain, but it can be slow, taking up to 5 business days (or
more) to reach the East Coast from Kansas. Priority Mail will take 2-3 days and
Express mail will take 1-2 business days from the ship date. Note that when packages are
shipped Express, we require a signature. If you wish to waive the signature,
please email email@example.com and tell them.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order after you have placed it
and a postal tracking number from our fulfillment house when it is shipped. The
fulfillment house is Midpoint National (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please make sure
you have entered the correct shipping address.
Also, please note that Media Mail tracking will normally only show the
beginning, then the delivery confirmation. Usually nothing in-between.
We process orders every business day. Normally, orders placed before 10:30 AM
(Central Time) are shipped out the same day. Orders received after 10:30 am
(Central Time) will be shipped the next business day.
We do not drop-ship. If you need to send a product to a number of people, you
will have to place an order for each person separately and use the Ship To
section to enter a different address. Click on 'Remember Me' when checking out
and that will write a cookie to your computer so you will not have to re-enter
your name and address information.
We do not "pad" shipping costs to make money. The shipping costs are what they are.

International Online Orders
International orders are shipped via USPS International First Class, Priority or Express Mail. Please note that First Class does not have tracking information, just delivery confirmation.
In our experience, the delivery has been excellent. However, delays can occur in
customs, depending on how busy they are. If you have a question about your
order, please contact us.
If you find your country is not listed when you checkout with the shopping cart,
please contact us and we will add your country.

If your DVD does not play correctly, first try gently washing the silver side with liquid soap or Windex cleaner using a paper towel or very soft cloth.
If it still does not play correctly or the DVD was physically damaged in
shipping, just send the product back to us within 30 days of purchase and we
will replace it. We will not replace the product until we receive them back from
you (no exceptions).
When we receive the product, we will reimburse you for media mail shipping
costs. Make sure you include your invoice with the return. We do not accept
returns of products purchased from other merchants. You will have to return the
product to the merchant who sold it to you.

Note that DVDs are replicated by a professional duplicator using the latest technology. We have had DVDs returned because people tried to play them either in CDs (they will not play in a CD) or DVD players which were defective. Before returning a DVD, try to play it in another DVD player or your computer.
